01
Operators first.
We build for the planner at the desk and the instructor on the slope, not for engineers writing case studies.
LumAI is a company. SkiOperator and SkiBooker are our first two products. This is the story of how we got here and the people building it.
LumAI started with the familiar friction of booking a family ski trip: a dozen websites, slow replies, phone calls, spreadsheets and payments moving off-platform. The demand side was painful, but the supply side was even more broken.
Early conversations with ski schools across the Alps showed the same operating pattern in Chamonix, Verbier and Val d'Isere: multi-instructor businesses running complex winter operations on Excel.
The breakthrough was building both sides: operator tooling through SkiOperator and consumer discovery through SkiBooker. Each side makes the other stronger.
SkiOperator is live. SkiBooker is live. The beachhead is winter sports. The thesis is the wider experience economy.
Our mission
For too long, experience businesses have been trapped in outdated systems. We see you.
You're the adventure creators. The experience makers. Technology should empower.
01
We build for the planner at the desk and the instructor on the slope, not for engineers writing case studies.
02
The best intelligence is the one you do not notice. LumAI works while operators work.
03
We only win when our customers win. Our pricing, products and roadmap reflect that.
04
Every hour saved for an operator is an hour back on snow.
